NTM Apprentice Hayden Receives HWGTA Award

Hayden, who has been praised by colleagues for his dedication, strong work ethic and enthusiasm for engineering, attended the event accompanied by team members Liza and Trevor, as well as his proud parents. Their presence highlighted the collective support behind his journey, reflecting both NTM’s commitment to developing new talent and the encouragement Russell has received at home.

The prestigious award acknowledges more than academic and technical achievement; it also celebrates personal growth, resilience and the ability to apply new skills within a professional engineering environment. Over the past year, Hayden has been involved in a range of hands-on projects at NTM, gaining practical experience while continuing his formal training through HWGTA.

Speaking after the ceremony, representatives from NTM described Hayden’s recognition as “well-deserved,” noting that he has quickly become a valued member of the team.
